These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products and services.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

the information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date;
you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

4. Products

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs and specifications are accurate.

Because many of our products are handcrafted, individually 3D printed or made from natural clay, slight variations in colour, texture, dimensions and finish are normal characteristics of the product and do not constitute defects.

Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only. Colours and appearance may vary depending on your device and screen settings.

We reserve the right to modify, improve or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

5. Prices

Unless otherwise stated:

all prices are displayed in Euro (€);
prices include applicable VAT where required by law;
shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout;
customs duties, import taxes or similar charges outside the European Union remain the responsibility of the customer.

Prices may change before an order is placed.

Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

6. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase our products.

A sales contract is concluded only after we send an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

payment cannot be authorized;
fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected;
products become unavailable;
pricing or technical errors occur;
we are legally unable to fulfil the order.

If payment has already been received, the amount will be refunded using the original payment method.

7. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or our authorized payment providers.

Äerd Lab does not store complete payment card information.

Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully authorized.

8. Shipping

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only.

Although we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer only when the goods have been delivered to the consumer or to a person designated by the consumer, unless the consumer has independently chosen a carrier that was not offered by Äerd Lab.

9. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Consumers residing in the European Union benefit from the statutory right of withdrawal provided under applicable consumer protection legislation.

the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal;
our voluntary 30-day return policy;
refunds;
exchanges;
excluded products;

10. Legal Guarantee

Consumers benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity provided under applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes these legal rights.

is owned by or licensed to Äerd Lab SARL and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

12. User Conduct

You agree not to:

use the website for unlawful purposes;
interfere with the operation or security of the website;
upload malicious software or viruses;
attempt unauthorized access to our systems;
misuse our intellectual property;
copy or scrape website content using automated tools without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where these Terms are violated.
